We are not a cube-farm call center! Virsage provides a hands-on work environment that keeps the workday interesting and stimulating. We commonly hire candidates with experience in either a help-desk environment, geek squad/genius bar, basic network admin, or similar. Ideal candidates have experience troubleshooting personal computers, excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase their knowledge of computer networks and business solutions.

While we often work hard, we believe that you must play hard as well. Virsage team members enjoy regular company events such as Rockies games; racing go-karts, paintball, and staff dinners just to name a few. Virsage provides 15 days of PTO per year, 401(k) with a corporate 3% contribution after one year, health care, and short/long term disability.

 

Virsage positions range from help desk, network operation center (NOC), server, and network administrator work. Proficiencies we look for in most positions are:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007
  • Active Directory Accounts
  • TCP/IP Troubleshooting
  • Wireless Networking
  • Microsoft Windows XP
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • VPN (IPSEC and PPTP)
  • Malware Removal Techniques
  • Network Printing
  • DHCP & DNS
  • PC Hardware configuration & troubleshooting
  • MCP and/or Apple Certified is a plus
